life model stories
In light of the new Government guidelines on gatherings today (8th September) and with more information to come – it seems wise to postpone our Life Drawing session in Berkhamsted this Friday.
It’s been a careful return to drawing as a socially-distanced group, with support from our venues, but with only a couple of days to go until the next session, I want to be confident that we are doing the right thing for everyone.
We’re planning to clarify as more information comes through, and may be able to offer some dates once we know more!
In the meantime, thankyou for your support, feedback and patience!
Bests as always
Currently, some of our venues aren’t open just yet, but I’m working hard to confirm future dates. It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable coming along for a draw. Alongside our venues who have their own measures in place, we can take some simple steps to keep everyone socially-distanced…but not creatively distanced!
Upcoming sessions with full venue and booking information will be listed here.
Looking forward to getting back to it, really have missed you all! x
To confirm your place, please just have a read of the new guidelines below, and let me know you’re coming along by completing the quick RSVP below for each session.. For the time being, it’s important that we know how many people are coming along and spaces will be limited. Please note slight time change at Leverstock Green.
It’s quite easy to socially-distance during the actual session, but there are a few changes to let you know about to make sure things flow in a beautifully sanitised way!
We won’t have access to the kitchen, so please bring your own drink/snacks.
There will be a one-way system in and out of the building.
There will only be one loo open, but it will be the mobility friendly one.
Hand sanitiser as you come in, and will be available throughout the session.
We’ll just be using chairs for the set up just to minimise contact points and surfaces. (it’s actually a much better set up, but please remember to bring a board or something to lean on, easels are welcome.)
- We have been asked to keep the windows open for ventilation, so please bring a woolie if it’s not a warm day.
- The venue have requested that every visitor leaves their name and contact for the NHS track and trace – of course, your details will be kept safely and only used for this purpose and destroyed after 21 days in accordance with the GDPR guidelines.
- Facemasks are welcome, but not compulsory.
